Ability Counts Big Day is back!

28 February 2014

Saturday's clash with Sheffield United has been designated as the Club’s fourth ‘Ability Counts Big Day’.

Ability Counts Big Day aims to promote the Club’s facilities to current and new disabled supporters while also highlighting the fantastic achievements of the MK Dons Sport and Education Trust's disability teams and encourage new disabled players to 'Come and Try' taster sessions.

The club are also holding free stadium tours on Thursday 17th April at 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 6.15pm for disabled supporters and carers to see the exciting developments taking place at stadiummk. To book your place on one of these tours, contact the Box Office on 01908 622900.

Special ticket prices are also on offer to disabled supporters for this fixture, with tickets available from £10 for adults and £3 for under-18s, with a free carer ticket also available.

The game will see a half-time parade from MK Dons disability teams and a number of disabled Blades supporters, together with a video on the stadium's big screen showing how football can be enjoyed by all.

The disability teams will also be providing the Guard of Honour for the players pre-match with one lucky youngster walking out the matchball.

Prior to the game, MK Dons SET will be running a series of demonstration games with their variety of teams from 10am until 1pm. If you would like to come and try one of these sessions, please contact Karl White on 01908 622938 for further information about what might suit you. The location is still to be confirmed.
